"Use address node under buildings" should give the option to retain history by keeping the address node

Description

The "use address node under buildings" feature currently copies tags from the address node to the newly created building, and then deletes the original node.

We should consider an option to keep the original address node so that its history can be retained. This could be achieved by using the original node for the new area, like UtilsPlugin2's replace geometry: ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM/Plugins/utilsplugin2#Replace_a_node_with_a_way
