What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Make any edit change to the map (e.g. move a way)
- in the Tags of new changeset add a value to source key
- Make another change to the map. Reviewing the 'Tags..' shows the value from previous upload.
What is the expected result?
Should be reset
What happens instead?
Value is retained for subsequent uploads.

I cannot reproduce it. ChrisZontine, please provide the following details:
- Which tags do you enter in step 2?
- Do you upload or cancel after step 2?
- Which tags are shown in step 3?

I request to not change this, I frequently send entire series of changesets after a single trip, or within single session of mapping from aerial data.
