JOSM and Error message with surveyor plugin

I still get an error message using the surveyor plugin(see also 3052 and 3101).
Plugin livegps seems to work well. But when I am activating the surveyor plugin and pushing one the buttons of the surveyor panel, I get an error message and the temp gpx-file is set to 0 Byte.
I am used to map with the aid of JOSM with livegps/surveyor, so it is important for me that the problems will be solved asap.
Is the developer of the 2 plugins still active, so that he can be asked to update the plugins?

It seems to me that JOSM istn´t working error free mit plugins surveyor/livegps since changing to API o.6
