Error when I open Josm offline

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I start the program. I will work "offline" mode.
2. when Josm is ready, show a message window, but also show other message window and I can't close the firts message to start to work.
3. I need close de program from "Taks manager" (Windows 7)

What is the expected result?

Start to work in Josm.

What happens instead?

Show a second message window over the first.

@JeSe-MX end of week there will be a new tested release. If similar problems happen also with the new release, please open a new ticket with new stack traces.
