Relations not highlighted as before

Since version 19167 I have issue in displaying Relations, probably it was caused by these changes

Fix #23911: wireframe was not properly highlighting relations

This was a regression from r19166.

Did I misunderstand your problem? Your issue is that ways in relations weren't having the additional double-lines around the way drawn, correct?

If so, that is what was fixed in r19217.
