I have twice now tried to enter new tickets about a problem in a JSOM plugin, and each time submitting the ticket wiped all the information.

I accessed the Help in JSOM which pops up in its own window. Presumably a browser of some sort?

However it fails to submit the ticket information, or be in any way useful for tickets.

VERY frustrating. Please just make the links go to a full browser here.

Its been an absolute headache trying to report a frustrating problem, being stonewalled by a tech problem that should never have happened.

Click on the source:trunk/resources/images/help/internet.svg icon to open the help page in a browser.

Use ReportBug in the Help menu.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
