Description
During installation on a windows 10 system this message apears: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

I am using Version 18764, that is much less as a year. So I guess it is a bug. But I will try as you recommend me.

Or maybe you tried to use the JNLP distribution (Java WebStart), which requires a live internet connection.
I'm closing the ticket for now, please reopen if the issue is still reproducible.

I encountered a similar issue when attempting to update to version 19017 on Windows 11, and somehow I ended up losing my older JOSM. I usually make sure to keep it up to date.
JNLP distribution (Java WebStart) works well for me but I lost my setting.

@adiatmad: If you are going to reopen this ticket, please give us more information. This did not happen on a Windows 10 test machine.
I do not have a Windows 11 machine to test with.

@taylor.smock I don't have any additional information beyond the screenshot provided earlier here. I believe I'm now comfortable with JNLP (Webstart), so please close this. Thank you

@atpl_pilot: Can you try redownloading the installer ( josm-setup.exe ).
Also, do you have old versions of JOSM installed? Depending upon when you last updated (> 1 year ago), it is possible that you are running into an installer mismatch issue. If so, please uninstall the old versions of JOSM.
Please note that I am limited in what help I can give -- I do not have access to a Windows system.
