WMTS : No way to refresh capabilities manually

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Add a wmts source imagery without choosing a default layer.
2. Add an imagery layer in Josm, from this wmts server.
3. Add a new source on the wmts server
4. Try to add this new layer in Josm

What is the expected result?

We should have a way to ask Josm to refresh the available layers

What happens instead?

I don't see the new layer in the list.

I have to manually delete the mirror xml file in the Josm cache folder
