Use a default sort order in the "Download Track" window of the "DirectDownload" plugin

(This is kind of a follow-up to issue #21721)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Activate the plugin "DirectDownload"
2. Upload some GPX tracks to OSM.
3. Use the menu item "GPS - Download Track ..." to show the uploaded tracks in a table.

The tracks are shown in a table, however, the sort sequence is a little weird (at least in my installation with some very old and some new tracks): It's sorted by neither of the four shown columns (Date, Filename, Description Tags). See the attached screenshot.

What is the expected result?

Show the GPX tracks sorted in a sensible way. Suggestion: Sort it by the "Date" field in descending order. This way freshly created tracks will always be shown on top of the list and you don't have to sort it manually (which is now possible thanks to #21721). Or perhaps even better: Save the last sorting order, this way the user can use his preferenced sorting order without having to re-sort it manually each time he opens this window.
