Rename "Riverbank" preset to "River area"

Description
The current preset name for waterway=riverbank
is "Riverbank", which is confusing, because this tag is actually used for river areas. I suggest that this preset should be renamed to "River area" which is a more accurate description of what this tag is used for.

Seems "stream bed" is for small waterways, riverbed is for larger waterways? My (50 years old) dictionary says its spelled "river-bed"

At least in OSM-speak, these are different. You have:
waterway=river
for rivers
waterway=stream
for streams
You also have:
natural=water
+ water=river
for the water-covered area of rivers
natural=water
+ water=stream
for the water-covered area of streams
waterway=riverbank
is a synonym for natural=water
+ water=river
, so giving it "stream" nomenclature would be wrong.

When I opened this ticket, riverbank was far more prevalent than it is now. Since 90% of the river areas are tagged natural=water
+ water=river
, I would agree with the approach in #21630 to simply drop the preset entirely, and we can close the ticket.
How about "stream bed" as on one side we talk about waterways and not only rivers and on the other side "river area" is too general and misses the clear edge what we are talking about.
