"Geoportal 2: High Resolution Orthophotomap (aerial image) WMS" shows misplaced tiles

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Enable "Geoportal 2: High Resolution Orthophotomap (aerial image) WMS" in city (for example Warszawa)
2. Download data
3. Enable Bing

What is the expected result?

Imagery roughly matches each other and OSM data

What happens instead?

Geoportal is broken, shows misplaced tiles (forest inside city etc).

Bing matches OSM

Possibly Geoportal is broken, not JOSM

I removed the WMS in wiki:/Maps/Poland?action=diff&version=190. Please use the WMTS instead.
