Direct option to save/load toolbar items

There no save/load buttons in Help/Preferences/Toolbar.

Additional suggestions:
create a thin column to the left of "Toolbar"

• with up/down arrows (move them - because these actions apply only to "toolbar" (left list), not to both lists (middle of the screen))
• save/load buttons (new)

Also, icons should be 1.5-2 as big as list item height (make no sense to make it 3x bigger: e.g. if users not able to hit list items)
