Direct option to save/load toolbar items

There no save/load buttons in Help/Preferences/Toolbar.
Additional suggestions:
create a thin column to the left of "Toolbar"
- with up/down arrows (move them - because these actions apply only to "toolbar" (left list), not to both lists (middle of the screen))
- save/load buttons (new)
Also, icons should be 1.5-2 as big as list item height (make no sense to make it 3x bigger: e.g. if users not able to hit list items)

Buttons were added to the middle, Open and Save is available.
I only noticed the differences in item height between the two lists. This seems to be the effect of displaying the real size on the left (preview) and trying to shorten the list on the right by limiting the height (size).
