associatedStreet: role verification: Do not warn about incomplete member type relation

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. have an associatedStreet relation with an incomplete member with role=house and object type relation
2. run validator (role verification test)

What is the expected result?

No warning about the member

What happens instead?

Warning: Role member type relation does not match accepted list of node/way/closedway/multipolygon

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

The problem is that the member is not downloaded at all and there is not possibility to check for type=multipolygon.
