Discourage oneway=-1

The tagging oneway=-1 is ugly and hard to understand for software using the data.

JOSM should issue a validator warning about it and suggest to reverse the way instead.

It seems the only reson for -1 are rare cases like ​this

Are all direction depended tags handled properly during way reverse or are there outstanding issues?
