ID- JOSM incompatibility

Description

If u add any road with id editor, there's a tag called "motor_vehicle". But JOSM detects this tag as unnecessary and issue warning while validating. Used JOSM is up to date(7995).

Yes, that's exactly the goal of this test: motor_vehicle=yes is unnecessary for roads. ID should not add this tag by default.

ID don't add this tag by default. But as they are asking for this info from mappers while adding roads, either JOSM or ID should compromise.

This tag is unnecessary in this case, we don't have to compromise anything: as said that's exactly the goal of this validation test. Please ask to ID developers to not ask for it for roads.
