According to http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/noname#combinations this key is often used for highways and buildings.
@Klumbumbus: can you please have a look if it makes sense to include this key in the default presets?
It does not make sense for buildings because buildings usually do not have names (in most parts of the world). The high number of buidings with noname=yes comes from a handful of cities, where nearly every building is tagged with noname=yes. 6600 of 7000 of the buildings with noname=yes are located in this single city: http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/6To
For streets it makes more sense, because streets usually have names (in most parts of the world).

The defect is fixed we can add the key later in a new ticket.
