Description

(I hope that I am not filling another duplicated ticket)
Could JOSM offer some kind of asymmetrical scaling/stretching?

For example:

I would like to vertically scale the blue data (they are ways) to fit with the red one.
JOSM as it is now only offers a symmetrical scaling with Ctrl+Alt.
