No warning about pending uploads on exit

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. download some notes
2. switch to offline mode
3. edit some notes (comments/close/reopen)
4. exit josm

What is the expected result?

A warning about still having note updates in queue and an option to upload them before exit.

What happens instead?

No, warning and all changes are lost.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

As you can loose quite some work and have to find all these notes again I mark it as critical.
