This should result in warning from validator and an automatic fix.

Note that here is about oneway=no, not about oneway=yes.
In some rare situations footways may be oneway, but there is no point in tagging everything else as oneway=no.

I used info level, because this is not really wrong tagging, but only some kind of superfluous.

In a city where I live, there is a train station that has two tunnels for passengers, one for coming in, and the other for going out. People cannot get from one to the other, except through the station itself.
I guess the best tagging for them wood be:
highway=footway
oneway=yes
tunnel=yes
So the validator probably should not complain about this.
