What about a possibility to configure Opacity between Mapstyles, as we can do with layers?

I'm not sure I understand the idea completely. What happens if the second style replaces a symbol or changes the color and width of a line?
I think it is not about replacements, it's about opacity.If you want a symbol can be watched you put it at 100% opacity (by default) or the first (as now)
If you don't want it you can reorder o make it inactive as now or put it to 0% opacity.This is like now.
When two styles are at the same place active and there are two ways of show data...the mixture will be at custom perfomance managed by the percentage of opacity between styles , like now at layers dialog (new "feature")
You can put this option at the configure dialog of mappsytles , with some kind of bar like on layers.
With this I will be able to put some Lane and Road attributes in opacity so low so I can watch via images the overtaking and change:lane lines without have to toogle the style all time (because the style hides me real line putting on the "style line")...
