Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start JOSM, download object (relation) 287032
- Rightclick on relation in relation list + download members
- Edit relation
- Editing window appears.
What is the expected result?
The window which appears reacts to clicks.
What happens instead?
The window which appears DOES NOT react to clicks, so the relation is UNEDITABLE. It can be moved around and resized, but that is about it. When I repeat the same process WITHOUT step 2. it reacts far better, you can highlight members of relation by clicking on them (althougt they are not downloaded) etc.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Works for me with latest (r6057). Please note you're running a two weeks old development snapshot. Not sure it will fix this issue, but you should update your version first. If the bug's still here, can you test also with tested (r5990) to help us understand if it's some kind of regression ?
