Replying to stoecker:
Thanks for your response.
It may be a matter to be reported in Trac site.
This behavior could be reproduced in the local environment.
- Trac 1.0.1
- TracSpamFilter 0.8.0dev-r11782
- default settings
- Minimum karma required for a successful submission: 5
Steps to reproduce:
- Logout.
- As anonymous user, start creating a new page, i.e. "wiki/Ja:Help/NewTestPage1".
- Submit with the content which include a word in BadContent (like
href=
). This triggers SpamFilter and captcha trial. - Get past the captcha, and new page have been created with doubly encoded page name, i.e. "wiki/Ja%253AHelp/NewTestPage1".
Authenticated users will be able to make a page with the correct name.

Thanks for the fine description. This should help to fix the issue. See http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/11179.
Can you tell me what caused that? I'm the author of spam-filter, so if it is cause by filter it needs to be fixed.
