Mapcss in zip-file doesn't work if there's xml-files also in there

Description

If a zip-file containing a mapcss-style and an xml-file (eg. a preset) is entered in the mappaint preferences, it will not load, as it tries to open the xml-file in the zip as a style.

This can be seen eg. with following file: ​http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/ijjarvin/osm/fisigns.zip

Attached patch changes the order xml-style and mapcss-style is tried when loading a zip-file, resulting in correct behaviour of loading the mapcss-file when the zip-file contains also xml-file(s).
