Resolution: invalid
Status: newclosed

the problem were 2 conflicts. After resolving them everything went fine. Please excuse the noise.

There should be a warning about the conflicts and the conflict toggle dialog should be opened. Was there any warning ?

You were lucky that it worked after conflict resolution but there are examples where it does not.

Have a look.

Yes, the conflict dialogue popped up on upload attempt (not before, that's why I missed it first).
