Data in <name> <cmt> fields not displayed when .gpx file is loaded.

Description

Before version 5576 on loading a .gpx file with waypoints & a track log information in the <name> <cmt> & <desc> tags, this data was displayed so that you could correctly tag that you were adding. Now just a dot shows on the track.
In the the example below for a post box, the EIIR CR3 324 is not displayed on the screen.

On loading the file into an older version of JOSM (5267) it is displayed

Cannot reproduce: For me it shows the caption both in 5267 and 5576. Why did you select component "Plugin openstreetbugs"?
