[patch] Drag selection does not work when releasing mouse button over the middle of a segment

Description

When a rectangle is dragged with the left mouse button to select something, nothing is selected if the mouse button is released over the middle of a segment (i.e., the cross). Instead, the only visible change concerns the cursor.

Here’s a patch that fixes the problem for me. Due to selectAction being very fragile I’m not going to check this in until after the new stable version has been released.

Please remind me or check in the patch yourself if I forget to.

I think #7100 is a direct regression of this patch.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain xeen.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
