JOSM doesn't display mappaint colours and style for newly created multipolygons (any more)

Description
This is a regression present so at least some weeks I'd guess: unlike before the outlines of newly created multipolygons don't get coloured neither the filling is applied. They do get visualized if I upload and then download.

currently V.3938 (and problem persists). I use always latest as long as it doesn't crash on startup or sth similar.
I create the multipolygon by clicking on "new relation" (icon in relations-window with "+"), then type: "type=multipolygon" and other tags, add obejcts to it and so on. Just the regular manual way.

Still works for me. Could you try with a fresh configuration?
java -Djosm.home=$HOME/.josm-new -jar josm-latest.jar

OK, I think I can provide a better description (happens with fresh config as well): create a multipolygon, make it a forest (landuse=forest because the green outline is easy to recognize). The fill gets applied (including no fill in the hole), but the outline remains grey (i.e. doesn't change colour). When I modify the outline (I pull one of the plus signs to add a node), the outline gets green and remains green. The inner outline still remains grey. If I move it it doesn't change, but if I add a note to it it changes also to green.

Is not fixed.
Use attached file and add landuse=farmland to the way (not the relation).
Cannot reproduce, please note your JOSM version and describe how you create the multipolygon.
