Better recognition for coastline errors.

Hi, when i am trying to fix coastlines i always find it hard to find the error, i noticed on the map of the coastline checker, in JOSM. Maybe it would be possible to used the source of the checker ( i saw it was commmited in the OSM SVN). Such plugin would also be nice in the future when the coastline is all fixed to make sure people don't accidentally break it again.

I know, i have tried it. But it does not really work, the disordered coastline functions is already helpful but the detection of the land side could be better. It does not work for an lake. It always wants you to make an island ( anti clockwise).

What would be a great function for the validator would be, is the detection of unclosed waterways. They really are hard to find and cause major floods in osmarender and kosmos
