JOSM error validation bug

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Search for validation errors
- If your find 'duplicate ways errors', select ALL items inside the folder, without selecting the folder (selecting only a few items won't cause the bug to appear)
- Click on 'Fix'
What is the expected result?
Fixing the selected items
What happens instead?
The items aren't fixed, and a pop-up error message appears asking to report a bug.

hmm... I can't reproduce this. How how many "Duplicated ways" and how many duplicates per error were there when this happened?
Could you provide an .osm file if you can reproduce this?
