Reload file from disk

Description

I have this file I created which has the boundaries of the tile-sets I'm working on with the status I'm at.

I always open the file when I open JOSM. So it would be nice if there was a recently open files menu item that I could just select it from the list.

Also I update the file via script as I'm processing, or downloading new tile sets. It would be nice to have a feature to right click on the layer/file and reload it from disk.

As a workaround you can add that file as command line argument. But I agree, that both your suggestions should be done.

Sounds familiar :) Should be merged with #1818 and #4277.

Summary: Recent Files List, and reload file from disk → Reload file from disk

Comments for "recently opened files" should go on #1818, this ticket is still open for discussion of "reload file from disk" feature.
