previously "zoom to problem" zoomed to the problem (Afair), now it even zooms out if you're already close. Please zoom closer.

The result of "zoom to problem" depends on the validator test. For which test would you like to have a closer zoom?
Recently there were some changes in on this.

For problems with segments involved the "zoom to problem" should zoom to fit only the problematic parts entirely (plus a small border maybe of 30-60 pixels), not the whole object. This for all problems with a problem limited to a part of the object.
E.g. a multipolygon with one opening in it (outer ways not closed) would zoom to keep both open ends on the screen (if there is only a small gap this would get you very close).
Way-end-nodes which are close to another way but do not connect (unconnected ways) should zoom extremely close.
Problems which apply to a complete object (strange tag combinations, ...) should zoom to show the whole object (fit it entirely to the screen).

Closed as duplicate of #4413.
I would also appreciate a closer zoom (up to where the scale displays ~5 meters?)
