Broken autocompletion (with numbers?)

Description

In previous versions of JOSM if I would create a new maxspeed tag and enter a value (e.g. 2) it would complete to whatever I have in my OSM file already (in my case 25 mph).

In 3304, the completion does not happen until I have enter "25 " then it completes to "25 mph".

I think autocompletion of numbers has been disabled due as it too often disturbs.

Could you at least provide an option to get it back? It is so annoying that it worked and now it is not there anymore.
