[PATCH] Use singular form download error dialog when there is one error

Description

Following patch fix"errors" to "error" in situation when there is only one error. Also "download" capitalisation is removed.

"Download" is still write capitalize should be in downcase in middle of sentence.

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
