vertical and horizontal lines make display unusable

Loading a small part of the map and then adding members of traffic lines in the relation editor adds vertical and horizontal lines to the display for all(?) points outside of the downloaded area. The count of lines depends on the magnification. For some places, it's a show stopper -- you can't edit anymore.

Load area: N51.2151 - 51.21428, E7.00966 - 7.01424
Start relation editor for route RB48: download missing members
