Unable to upload edited osm file

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Edit osm
2. Try to upload data

What is the expected result? upload

What happens instead? error

Size of osm file concerned is 2348 kb so cannot attach due to 2 MB limit.

stoecker closed this as a 'duplicate' of #4979 - may be I am missing something here but #4979 was a download issue that appears from the description (from a use perspective) to be quite different to my inability to UPload (no problem downloading). I have checked the osm file concerned and it uploads OK in v 3208 (the latest 'stable' version - so I am still inclined to think there is a problem with v 3214.

The error is at another position, not related to up/download. Compare the error strings. Update to new latest and it should be gone.
