Installation of local plugin result in an error

Description

Download a plugin jar file and copy it in your plugins folder.

Then go to the preferences an try to install.

This results in an error. (It tries to download the plugin or something like that.)

After restart the plugin works fine.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
