conflict-list sorting

please sort relations in conflict-list by name and not by id.

for nodes it would be nice to have them sorted by position and not by id.
for way I do not know yet, but I'd prefere name or position in favour of id.

Grouping would be another enhancement:

  1. nodes with only changes in tags, position and state only without parent way
  2. ways with only changes in tags
  3. nodes + their way without membership conflict in each group, e.g.:
    1. nodes with changes in state with parent way
    2. their parent
  4. the rest where conflicts on ways are before their parent relations conflicts in each group

to The owner will be changed from team to the specified user.
Next status will be 'needinfo'. The owner will be changed from team to skyper.
as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate. Next status will be 'closed'. The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket.
The owner will be changed from team to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.
