GPX conversion to data layer freezes data layer 1

[p-h.theunissen@…]

I load a GPX file, download from OSM all data availale for the area covered by the GPX, then I convert the GPW file into a data layer. Got a good conveted GPX file in a new data layer so far ok. But the original data layer is grayed and not accessible anymore.
Anything I did wrong?
