Description

JOSM 2462 refuses to load OSM data and reports "invalid data" if an object has the attribute visible=false and a temporary id. Such a combination is valid.

JOSM should log a warning but load the data.

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
