Auto complete tags in josm in windows

Description

If I add a key, and type 'highway', ighway will come out as the i would have started again when I didn't click entre on the highway option.

If I then type highway and go to the value, if they value is not there it seems inposible to add my own unless the value starts with a letter I have started no other values (which are under that key) before.

(I'm adding these string of new problems as minor, becase I don't no how inportant you would rate them really)

If you're using windows, could you please retry using the Metal LAF? (Open the preferences dialog and select Metal as 'Look and Feel') The Windows LAF is quite buggy.

Should be fixed as of r436.
