History dialog does not show moved nodes

Description

For nodes the second and third tab of history dialog are useless, as well as the third tab is useless for ways.

These should not be visible for these element types.

For nodes a second tab showing the coordinates should be acessable instead.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
