Info/History dialog (C-i / C-h) links to http://api.openstreetmap.org, not just openstreetmap.org

Description

JOSM just uses the server url stripping of /api and replacing it with /browse when linking to objects to browse.

The problem with this for OpenStreetMap is that if you've logged in to openstreetmap.org you won't be logged into api.openstreetmap.org.

Perhaps a hack could be added to strip the api. from the beginning of the URL if the serverurl is the osm server?
