created_by dropped on changesets

Description

JOSM 1720 introduced:
"+ silently drop created_by tag on upload of any object (we have them in changesets now)"

I'm using 1721 and it's also dropping created_by on the changesets. When you guys say "any object" you really mean it! :)

Could this partially be reversed, so created_by is again put on the changeset?

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
