[PATCH] Add "Info about Element" (bount to Ctrl+I) to link to /browse/{node,way,relation}/:id on the OSM server

Description

There's a "History of Element" that links to /browse/{node,way,relation}/:id/history but no corresponding "Info about Element" that links to /browse/{node,way,relation}/:id.

This patch adds that feature

applied in r1697. Slightly refactored in order to avoid duplicated code
