Bing imagery API is available in iD but not in JOSM

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Try to load Bing imagery

What is the expected result?

Imagery is loaded

What happens instead?

Error: Attribution is not loaded yet

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

This has very recently stopped working. I have cleared the imagery cache and it did not help. Bing imagery is working in iD.

I have encountered exact problem of trying to loading Bing imagery as this thread suggests.
