[PATCH] Don't delete support layer when you close the gpx/image correlation window

Description

When I use the image support layer, usually to geolocalize indoor images, I sometime need to do this process in multiple steps. I don't count how many times I've lost my work because I didn't export the support layer before I closed the gpx/image correlation window.

This patch removes the support layer removing when closing the correlation window, and add a geoimage.supportlayer.delete_on_close preference (default to false).
