Unable to register a Trac account due to spam filter

Description

Hello,

A few minutes ago I attempted to create an account for the JOSM Trac issue tracker. During registration, I received "Error: Submission rejected as potential spam" with "SpamBayes determined spam probability of 99.08%". The registration page then asked me to perform a captcha, which I did, and I retried, only to get the same error message again, this time with no captcha and no other way to continue creating an account.

The desired account details are:

Username: huntertur
Email: huntertur at gmail dot com (spelling this out because the issue preview is truncating the email address)
Name: Hunter Turcin

I created an account for you.

Yes, registering is a bit hard nowadays with the amount of automated attacks. It helps a lot when you fill out the optional fields with something sensible ;-)

But I can't make that too obvious or all the spammers will catch the idea. I'll think about a bit better text.
