Check power related presets and add validation

The main task would be to check the power related presets:

1. Check if they up to date to the latest tagging
   • also add missing ​Tag:generator:source=battery
2. Add data validation where possible

I'm not that familiar with generator:type tagging, but it seems (to me) that pyrolysis ("[decomposing] the fuel at a high temperature in the absence of oxygen ") and reciprocating_engine ("[*]-fired power plant using a Reciprocating engine") could be valid generator types for ​osmwiki:Tag:generator:source=waste. So I'm disinclined to remove them when they've been in the preset for a at least a decade (r7361).

pyrolysis is mentioned it the ​first proposal from 2010 but not mentioned in the ​second one from 2013.
As I am neither an expert, let's ask one of our experts. @Francois: May you, please, explain it to us and give a recommendation. Thanks.

Hello!

I agree the power=generator tagging is complex and sometimes outdated regarding recent technology improvements to produce electricity.
However, it should be refined again as generator:source actually confuses fuels (oil, gas...) and technologies hydro, nuclear.
It couldn't be solved at josm level for now and I recommend to wait for that refinement as to not spend too much time here.

Focusing on #20421 and #22748 tickets would be more valuable for power mapping at short term if you please.
