Hi, I'm having trouble finding the source for this string. Could you please add it to the translation file?

That comes directly from the OSM server. I think we can add it to source:osm/applications/editors/josm/i18n/specialmessages.java.
Unfortunately, we need the actual message returned by the server. Which is probably going to look something like this:
<html> <p>This website is under heavy load (queue full)</p> <p>We're sorry, too many people are accessing this website at the same time. We're working on this problem. Please try again later.</p> </html>

Found a reference from https://github.com/EdwardBetts/osm-wikidata/issues/561 which is hopefully correct. The only way we'll know is when the server has a heavy load again.

No problem. The tricky part is finding the exact string that needs to be translated. I think I found it, but the only way to know for certain is for someone to (a) translate it and (b) have the server return the This website is under heavy load message.

I’ll certenly translate the string and once it pops out, I will update the thread.
Since I’m the only translator into Serbian language, I’m translating strings that users will most probably face with it.
